During his time working in a Pupil Referral Unit, Zain witnessed first-hand the disproportionate challenges faced by children in care in the UK: poor educational outcomes, homelessness, unemployment, mental health issues, and involvement with the criminal justice system.
Recognising the need for a comprehensive support system, Zain envisioned an approach that actively collaborates with various stakeholders to provide young people with the resources and opportunities they need to thrive. His mission is to ensure that children are not held back by their past traumas and struggles, empowering them to reach their full potential and successfully transition into independent adulthood.
