Join Our Team at Oaktree Haven – Support Worker Role

At Oaktree Haven, we are deeply committed to providing young people in our supported accommodation settings with the highest standard of holistic and empowering support. Our innovative approach focuses on continuity and a strengths-based model, ensuring the success and improved outcomes for the young people we support, empowering them to live happier, more successful lives.

We are incredibly proud of the work we do, helping young people transition to independent living and navigate their journey toward a brighter future. As our team continues to grow, we’re excited to expand our capacity to deliver innovative support to more young people who need it.

We are now looking for a passionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in making a real difference. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, supportive environment and is eager to contribute to the positive change in the lives of young people.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide compassionate, day-to-day support to young people in their journey to independent living
  • Foster a safe, positive, and encouraging environment where young people can grow and thrive
  • Offer guidance in daily routines, life skills, and personal development
  • Work closely with colleagues, building strong team relationships to provide the best possible care
  • Be flexible and proactive in addressing the needs of each individual, promoting their independence and well-being

What We’re Looking For:

  • A committed, reliable, and compassionate team player who’s driven by the desire to make a meaningful difference
  • The ability to work independently, while also collaborating with a supportive team
  • Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the role and the young people you support
  • A passion for continuous learning and professional development in the social care field

At Oaktree Haven, we believe in empowering our staff as much as we do our young people. You will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow in your role and career.

If you're motivated by the chance to make a lasting, positive impact on the lives of young people and are ready to be part of a team that’s passionate about creating better futures, we'd love to hear from you.
